📋 Description

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling customer accounts • Record routine journal entries and bank transactions • Enter accounts payable bills and credit card transactions • Perform month-end closings and account reconciliations • Investigate, correct, and adjust discrepancies in accounting data • Conduct bank reconciliations • Collaborate with and support other team members • Oversee accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records • Support internal controls and budgeting systems • Help ensure compliance with GAAP and improve financial reporting accuracy and integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 1–2 years of experience in accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization • Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines • High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and dependable • Regular and reliable attendance is essential • Must complete a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening
