📋 Description

• Ensure a consistent and efficient client onboarding transition to ongoing account administration • Manage onboarding timelines and communicate adjustments or changes to all parties • Maintain project plans, ensure compliance with timeframes, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementation • Identify and research onboarding problems or trends and develop and implement resolutions • Perform tactical setup of new clients • Administer daily implementation workflows and provide technical support to teams • Coordinate issue resolution within required timeframes and recommend changes to policies and procedures • Monitor implementation requests, administer staff work, and assist implementation managers with coaching • Evaluate management information reports and support achievement of team objectives • Evaluate processes and provide technical support to senior implementation managers • Establish client configuration requirements • Collaborate with system integration teams to meet client requirements and provide client training • Develop processes and tools for the customer implementation lifecycle • Identify defects and maintain an efficient interface with marketing and technical departments • Identify client process-efficiency measures and partner with business areas to develop solutions • Facilitate removal of process barriers such as bottlenecks, technology constraints, and resource constraints • Monitor business and workflow changes and promote timely, responsive service to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent, and 4+ years’ experience in employee voluntary benefits or client on-boarding & servicing • Project Management experience, including high level of organization and planning skills, ability to create plans and follow through and monitor plans through design to execution • Experience understanding file transfer methods, including strong knowledge of file layout structure and communicating specifications and details to clients • Ability to identify and manage risks appropriately to ensure projects are delivered on time • Strong requirements gathering and translation for business processes • Experience using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude or similar) • Ability to analyze compliance and control initiatives and engage team members in process improvement projects • Demonstrated sound judgement, problem solving, decision making, and execution skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner at all levels with cross-functional business areas • Ability to effectively communicate with technology providers and business leaders, understand technical details, and communicate at a high level • Experience with MS Office suite of software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) (preferred) • JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, SQL (preferred) • Understanding of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs in Excel (preferred) • Must be able to work in the United States; the employer is unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future
