📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence Management, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Performance & Talent, and Time Tracking • Troubleshoot Workday operational issues including time off inconsistencies, absence plan discrepancies, and benefit-related integration issues • Resolve system, data, and process issues affecting HR business process workflows and downstream integrations • Provision access and provide data through custom reports and dashboards, including Discovery Boards and Workday Hubs • Support and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations and data loads using EIB, Cloud Connectors, and Workday Studio • Provide production support by triaging tickets, troubleshooting issues, supporting end users, researching solutions, and delivering enhancements • Support annual advanced compensation review and merit-cycle configuration, including equity and bonus • Support US Open Enrollment and global Benefits compliance requirements • Advise business stakeholders and communicate system impacts, process changes, and data insights • Maintain stakeholder relationships and understand business initiatives and needs • Develop process documentation, playbooks, end-user training, and best-practice recommendations • Maintain case notes in ServiceNow • Plan and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Drive consistency, standardization, and controls across HR workflows • Provide informal mentoring on Workday functionality, reporting, and HRIS best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of HRIS experience • Hands-on expertise in Workday configuration and implementation at a global scale • Experience supporting Workday modules including HCM, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Performance & Talent, Time Tracking, and Reporting • In-depth knowledge of Workday foundational concepts, business processes, EIBs, Security, Reporting, and calculated fields • Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs (SOAP/REST) • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services technologies • Experience with integration middleware or iPaaS solutions such as Boomi or Workato is a plus • Workday Pro Certification is a plus • Experience experimenting with and building solutions using AI tools such as Workday Agents, Co-Pilot, or Claude
