📋 Description

• Manage a set of products supporting the pharmacy industry across the product lifecycle • Synthesize industry and market research and make proactive recommendations about product direction • Carry out P&L responsibilities, including pricing guardrails and deal support • Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to identify value propositions and position products in the marketplace • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess product needs and implement impactful solutions • Define and communicate product direction, recommendations, and business needs to the broader team • Engage in customer co-innovation opportunities and make MVP product recommendations • Prioritize initiatives and participate in conflict de-confliction with leaders • Consult legal and compliance teams regarding laws and regulatory requirements • Contribute to the Pharmacy Network Solutions product roadmap and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience • 3–7 years of experience in product management or a related role within healthcare technology or the pharmacy industry • Experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies such as Agile and SAFe • Basic understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription workflows, and the healthcare ecosystem • Understanding of the NCPDP Telecom Standard • Demonstrated ability to contribute to product development cycles and work effectively with technical teams • Project management skills, including managing project timelines to completion • Understanding of industry constituents representing pharmacy locations • Familiarity with pharmacy third-party claims and managed care • Ability to develop solution value propositions that clearly articulate solution value and/or ROI • Ability to foster effective working relationships across organizational lines
