📋 Description

• Serve as the primary account manager and liaison for a designated portfolio of customers and pharmacies • Conduct detailed customer account reviews and reconciliation tasks • Analyze data trends, provide insights, and make recommendations to support decision-making • Research and resolve reported issues and requests • Complete necessary customer follow-up • Conduct web-based training for new and existing customers on platform functions, navigation, and reporting • Make outbound calls to provide proactive account reviews, status updates, trend analysis, and recommendations • Monitor accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate value • Answer inbound calls and provide consultative support, direction, actionable feedback, and reconciliation assistance • Maintain customer accounts and deliver a high level of customer service • Act as a technical subject matter expert for ProviderPay, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and related technology platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically 2+ years of relevant experience • 4-year degree or equivalent experience • Proficient in MS Office suite • 2+ years of customer service experience • Pharmacy operations (claims adjudication) and/or managed care experience preferred • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related field • Pharmacy finance and/or reconciliation experience preferred • Ability to manage customer expectations for service and issue resolution • Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills • Strong interpersonal skills
