📋 Description

• Create, edit, and maintain user guides, release notes, online help content, and product documentation • Partner with subject matter experts, product teams, and instructional designers to gather information and document software functionality • Translate technical concepts into clear, concise content for technical and non-technical audiences • Manage multiple documentation projects and prioritize deliverables to meet release timelines • Participate in cross-functional meetings to identify documentation requirements, dependencies, and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically 4+ years of relevant experience • Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro or Adobe Creative Cloud • Strong experience in technical writing, technical communications, content development, or documentation creation • Experience creating end-user documentation, user guides, process documentation, or software-related content • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Experience documenting software products, SaaS platforms, healthcare technology, or pharmacy systems preferred • Experience developing release notes, online help content, knowledge base articles, or implementation documentation preferred • Exposure to instructional design, training content development, or learning materials preferred • Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude preferred • Strong facilitation, meeting leadership, and stakeholder communication skills preferred
