📋 Description

• Manage a complex, high-volume Accounts Receivable service environment • Serve as a primary point of contact for a large-volume, business-critical customer portfolio • Manage high-value delinquent accounts and commercial collections activities • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and AI-enabled customer engagement tools • Balance efficiency, professionalism, and problem resolution while delivering a best-in-class customer experience • Advocate on behalf of customers and negotiate solution-oriented resolutions • De-escalate customer concerns and drive issues to resolution • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively • Work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time, with a 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central Time rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience providing concierge white-glove experience to priority clients • At least 2 years of commercial collections experience • Proven experience managing complex high-volume collections portfolios with high-value delinquent accounts • Proven success with high-volume customer interactions • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities • Ability to de-escalate customer concerns and drive issues to resolution • Superb verbal and written communication skills • Strong multitasking ability across multiple systems and communication channels • Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining accuracy and quality • High level of accountability, professionalism, and ownership • Adaptability in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment • Experience leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance customer interactions • Experience supporting complex customer accounts and sensitive customer situations • Demonstrated ability to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, financial services, or other service-intensive industries preferred • Track record of collaborating with internal partners to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
