📋 Description

• Guide the management of high-visibility, ambiguous, complex, high-priority, and executive-overseen IT projects • Identify methods to enhance project management capabilities and processes • Direct complex projects involving cross-functional teams and matrix partners • Lead product and service launches, application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployments • Develop and oversee financial forecasts • Reconcile resources and related project expenditures • Lead continuous risk and issue management processes • Identify and assess risks and issues • Develop and manage mitigation measures with leaders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years' work experience in IT Project Management • Healthcare experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects • PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred • Agile Project Management and Scrum Certification strongly preferred • Proven ability to build strong and positive relationships and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders • Ability to lead and inspire teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages, and execute with limited information and ambiguity • Proven ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively • Servant Leadership approach • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills • Influencing and negotiating skills • Business and technical acumen • Experience with stakeholder management • Ability to work under pressure as a focused and versatile team player • Proven ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete objectives • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Accountability for change management • Core project management skills, including knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
