• Manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, (SEM, Performance Max, Google App Campaign) and more. • Work in a highly collaborative environment, contribute to client strategy and growth, and help shape best‑in‑class paid media programs. • Deliver on strategies in line with our clients’ goals, reporting analysis and insight generation, and presenting key findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. • Work across the full campaign lifecycle – planning, setup, pacing, optimizations, insights, and reporting. • Present reporting and performance insights that lead to gains against client business objectives, effectively communicating wins and improvement areas. • Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs and suggest impactful strategies. • Work with clients to provide input on ad copy and visuals, keeping in mind best practices across the various platforms. • Grow partner and client relationships as a daily point of contact. • Support the team as the day-to-day Search & Social contact for internal teams.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on, bottom funnel paid media experience, ideally at a digital or full‑service agency. • Working knowledge of major platforms in either search and/or social: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, (SEM, PMAX, Google App Campaigns, etc.) • Strong analytical skills and comfort completing data analysis in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic arithmetic, lookup tables, etc.) • Detail‑oriented with excellent organization and time‑management skills. • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities. • Clear communicator—both written and verbal. • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your skill set across new channels and client types. • A collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
