📋 Description

• Own the internal proofing gate for all creative produced by the team • Proof mailer templates before they advance to account managers, checking copy, layout, brand alignment, client details, NMLS IDs, disclosures, and formatting • Run post-upload QA in the proprietary mailing system • Verify document settings including simplex/duplex, marketing program type, audience, merge fields, bleeds, color, and page setup • Manage day-to-day ticket flow in Jira • Triage incoming creative requests, monitor SLA adherence, keep the queue moving, and flag blockers before deadlines are impacted • Own Monday production days, monitor issues, coordinate real-time fixes, and support file handoffs to the mail house • Coordinate turnarounds with creative team members based in the Philippines • Communicate proofing feedback, follow up on revisions, and account for time-zone handoffs • Document errors and patterns to inform process improvements • Feed observations back to leadership and contribute ideas to strengthen proofing checklists and QA workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Required 3+ years of proven experience in a proofreading, editorial, quality-assurance, traffic, or creative production coordination role • Direct mail, print production, or highly regulated marketing experience preferred • Exceptional attention to detail across copy, layout, brand consistency, and document specifications • Working familiarity with Adobe InDesign • Comfortable working in a ticketing system; Jira preferred, with comparable experience in Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or Trello acceptable • Composure under weekly production pressure and ability to triage last-minute changes without letting quality slip • Excellent written communication for clear, respectful proofing feedback • Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet • Consistent availability during Eastern business hours, especially Monday production days • Familiarity with mailing-system output, pre-press specs, or postal regulations preferred
