📋 Description

• Proactively identify, qualify, target and engage institutional prospects • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality opportunities • Consistently follow the sales process and keep the CRM updated • Deliver high-impact, persuasive demos of Sphere • Tailor pitches and presentations to specific client needs • Drive opportunities forward with urgency • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Head of Sales • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development • Targeting institutional investors or within financial services/fintech • Excellent listening and negotiation skills • Strong commercial mindset • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • High level of discipline and accountability • Resilient, driven, and highly motivated • Ability to quickly understand and present complex financial and technological concepts • Fluent in English; an additional European language is a strong plus
