📋 Description

• Receive in-depth training • Join one of four teams calling on behalf of assigned MDS clients • Call for 4–8 different nonprofit clients during an 8-hour day using predictive dialing equipment • Complete approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with an average of 20–30 seconds between calls • Communicate positively, engagingly, and enthusiastically with donors and prospective donors using client-approved scripts • Secure financial gifts on behalf of nonprofit clients • Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long-term stability • Dedicated wired internet connection • Quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions • Basic computer skills • Commitment and enthusiasm to charitable and non-profit causes • Willingness to learn • Persistence • Respect for the company’s Christian values and faith-based environment • Must be sober and committed to extending sobriety for recovery support
