📋 Description

• Receive in-depth training • Be assigned to one of four MDS teams calling on behalf of a set of MDS clients • Call for 4–8 different clients during an 8-hour day using predictive dialing equipment • Complete approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with an average of 20–30 seconds between calls • Communicate with donors and prospective donors positively, engagingly, and enthusiastically using a client-approved script • Secure financial gifts from donors and prospective donors on behalf of clients • Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record with long term stability • Dedicated wired internet connection • A quiet place to work at home free from normal household interruptions • Basic computer skills • Commitment and enthusiasm to charitable and non-profit causes • Willingness to learn • Persistence
