• Own all paid channels: Google and Meta, optimizing campaigns end-to-end • Win the conversion: run landing-page and conversion program • Scale into new markets: localize campaigns and landing pages as Meadow expands • Build the testing engine: establish a steady experimentation and reporting cadence
🎯 Requirements
• Hands-on paid execution: personally run Paid Search and Meta, campaign structure, bidding, and creative testing • A conversion mindset: focus on what happens after the click, landing pages, funnel conversion • Multi-market execution: experience running localized campaigns across many markets • Deeply analytical: able to track and analyze funnel drop-offs
