📋 Description

• Conduct 15–25 high-quality inbound and follow-up calls with families • Ask questions, listen, and explain trade-offs to help families make confident decisions • Follow up by phone, text, and email • Track sales metrics • Participate in call reviews, live feedback, and weekly one-on-ones • Complete structured training during the first month • Develop consultative selling, discovery, follow-up, and closing skills • Progress toward senior sales and leadership opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• No sales experience required • Drive and desire to win and earn more based on performance • Strong pipeline and follow-up discipline • Warm, clear, and steady phone manner • Coachable and able to act on feedback • Full-time availability Monday to Friday during Pacific business hours • Extra points for speaking Spanish • Extra points for experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services
