📋 Description

• Lead HeySunday's full growth engine, including strategy, prioritization, and outcomes • Own paid acquisition strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, and daily execution in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager • Manage Connected TV and Broadcast Ads • Design, run, and analyze a high-cadence SKU testing program • Own CRO across landing pages and funnels • Build and maintain HeySunday's growth model and reporting layer • Direct Mechanism's engineering, design, and creative teams to ship landing pages, ad creative, and funnel changes • Use AI and automation to create auto-pausing rules, LLM-generated creative variants, attribution scripts, and automated reporting • Spend approximately 20% of time on time-boxed growth engagements with other Mechanism portfolio companies • Codify successful practices into reusable playbooks, scripts, and automations • Provide written updates on results, learnings, and blockers on Mechanism's standard cadence • Optimize for profitable revenue measured through ROAS, CAC payback, and contribution margin

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in performance marketing • Deep, current hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads at material scale • Track record of profitable scale in DTC or e-commerce • Hands-on experience with SKU testing, landing page optimization, and CRO • Technical fluency, including Claude Cowork, GA4, living dashboards, or automation scripts • First-principles thinking and a bias to action • Strong written communication and evidence-based reporting • Comfort leveraging AI, automation, and modern growth tooling • Must be US-based • Must overlap with US Eastern Time for the majority of the workday • Willingness to go above and beyond the standard 9 to 5
