📋 Description

• Serve as business owner and primary advocate for the Denials AI Workflow platform • Lead implementation efforts for new Denials AI clients and existing client expansions • Oversee solution design, workflow configuration, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization • Integrate client data, workflows, and operational processes into the platform • Drive implementation best practices, standards, templates, governance, and scalable methodologies • Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies • Partner with Product, Operations, Engineering, Support, and Development teams on product vision, roadmap, adoption, and issue resolution • Gather implementation, operations, and client feedback to identify enhancements • Build, mentor, and lead implementation consultants and solution analysts • Establish performance metrics, KPIs, support SLAs, and operational dashboards • Drive continuous improvement across onboarding, support, and product adoption • Develop team capabilities in technical troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and client consulting • Act as escalation point for complex implementation and support issues • Align business requirements with technical execution • Provide executive reporting and regular status communications • Oversee post-go-live support and transition to steady-state operations • Protect and disclose PHI in accordance with HIPAA standards and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field • 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology, software implementations, product management, or technical operations • 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams • 3+ years leading implementation, support, consulting, or product-focused teams • Experience as a Product Owner, Solution Owner, Technical Lead, or Implementation Leader • Proven experience managing complex software implementations • Ability to present to executives, clients, and technical teams and communicate complex concepts clearly • Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and analyzing datasets • Knowledge of healthcare data transactions • Knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies and AI/ML-enabled healthcare applications preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, creative, written, and verbal communication skills • Sound judgment and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses • High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and outside normal business hours as needed • Must possess a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes • Must comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures • Must limit viewing of PHI to the minimum necessary
