📋 Description

• Work with Med-Metrix Subject Matter Experts in Healthcare Finance and Revenue Cycle Services to deliver customer implementations • Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, status reporting, issues, and risks • Provide weekly status reports to customers, management, and internal staff • Manage multiple implementation projects across departments • Coordinate FHIR connectivity, HL7, application configuration, development, testing, training, and outbound file requests • Facilitate weekly stakeholder calls, document meeting minutes, identify next steps, and follow up through project completion • Lead customer-facing meetings from operational management through C-suite audiences • Ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction • Lead teams during high-priority risk situations and coordinate cross-functional internal and client teams • Escalate and resolve critical implementation risks • Define project dependencies and sequence tasks for smooth delivery • Forecast project go-live dates, meet completion forecasts, and escalate issues to keep projects on track • Protect and use patients’ PHI in accordance with HIPAA standards and comply with information security policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required • 3+ years of Project Management experience required • 2+ years of client-facing experience required • Knowledge of fundamental project management principles • Ability to identify and assess issues, recommend solutions, and drive resolution • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving and creative skills • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses • High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and outside normal business hours when needed • Ability to collaborate, follow directions, and handle stress • Occasional travel may be required • Jira, Smartsheet, PMP, and agile certification such as CSM are a plus, not required
