📋 Description

• Triage communications and transaction requests entering the Network Management division • Perform data entry to ensure transaction requests are properly formatted and routed through existing technology and workflows • Work in a production environment while meeting strict turnaround times and quality standards • Prioritize shifting workloads and adapt to changing priorities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent related experience • 1 year of work experience • Fast and accurate typing proficiency • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong customer service skills • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment • Consistent achievement of production, quality, and turnaround time standards • Quick learning aptitude and responsiveness to changes in the industry and operational environment • Strong prioritization and time management skills • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy • Effective written communication skills • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, workloads, and business needs • Primary home address in a state where Medica is registered as an employer: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application • Medica does not offer work visa sponsorship for this role
