📋 Description

• Foster relationships with clients, community organizations, healthcare facilities, transportation providers, and other stakeholders • Conduct regular visits to strengthen MediDrive's network and presence • Act as a liaison between MediDrive and local stakeholders • Organize and participate in outreach events, presentations, and informational sessions • Promote MediDrive's services and represent the organization in local communities • Collect data and feedback from field visits • Track outreach activities and report insights to the Facility Manager and relevant internal teams • Provide updates on outreach initiatives, stakeholder feedback, and improvement opportunities • Support implementation of outreach initiatives and special projects • Collaborate with the Marketing team on broader communication efforts • Identify service delivery or outreach gaps and develop strategies with the Facility Manager • Maintain documentation of outreach activities, contact records, event participation, and stakeholder interactions • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach, public relations, or a related field • Experience working within the healthcare or transportation industry is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Digital communication skills • Skilled in public speaking and delivering presentations • Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with external partners and stakeholders • Active listening skills, empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity • Excellent time management and organizational abilities • Detail-oriented with accurate documentation and reporting abilities • Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing environments while on the road • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Able to use CRM or data management software • Experience with social media • Ability to learn proprietary software systems for surveys, data/feedback gathering, reporting and communication • Must possess a valid driver's license • Reliable access to a personal vehicle • Driving record must remain in compliance with the organization's standards • Must be able to use a hands-free mobile device for communication while driving • Must have or be able to obtain car insurance that meets organizational requirements • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays when necessary
