📋 Description

• Define and execute Medisolv's platform engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model • Lead and develop the Platform Engineering team responsible for cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, developer tooling, and operational excellence • Advise senior leadership on platform, infrastructure, and operational strategy • Own the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of Medisolv's Azure-based platform • Oversee Azure networking, cloud governance, security, and compliance initiatives • Lead monitoring, observability, incident response, capacity planning, and operational readiness programs • Drive standardization, automation, and Infrastructure as Code practices across engineering teams • Establish and mature CI/CD, GitOps, Platform Engineering, and SRE practices • Support and optimize enterprise data platforms, including Databricks and Spark-based workloads • Partner with Engineering, Security, Data Engineering, and Product leaders • Drive cloud cost optimization and FinOps initiatives • Establish platform and reliability metrics, operational KPIs, SLAs, and SLOs • Coach and grow the Platform Engineering team, tackle technical debt, drive platform innovation, and participate in architecture reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering • 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including leading managers and technical teams • Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architectures • Strong experience building and operating Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platforms • Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Strong experience with Azure networking, cloud security, and governance • Strong operational experience with monitoring, observability, incident management, and platform reliability • Experience leading cloud cost optimization and FinOps initiatives • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders • Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools • Experience supporting Databricks environments and Spark-based workloads • Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or another regulated industry • Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Sponsorship is not available
