📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to support strategic sales opportunities for inpatient and ambulatory quality reporting, Analytics, and AI solutions • Lead and participate in customer discovery sessions with quality, clinical, informatics, and compliance stakeholders • Gather, document, and validate clinical, quality reporting, operational, and technical requirements, including eCQM, CQM, and core measure workflows • Develop solution strategies aligned with customer goals across CMS Hospital IQR, Medicare Promoting Interoperability, MIPS, HEDIS, and other quality programs • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the evaluation process for inpatient and ambulatory prospects • Deliver tailored demonstrations of ENCOR, Medisolv's Analytics solution, and AI-enabled tools • Demonstrate core measures, eCQM, and CQM reporting workflows for inpatient and ambulatory settings • Showcase AI-powered patient engagement tools and AI capabilities for registries and chart-abstracted measures • Build and maintain demonstration environments reflecting real-world customer scenarios • Develop reusable demonstration scripts, workflows, and sales assets • Support proof-of-concept and pilot activities • Translate customer quality reporting and data requirements into recommended Medisolv solution approaches • Support discussions on integration, interoperability, EHR data exchange, API connectivity, and technical architecture • Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Product teams to validate requirements and solution feasibility • Assist customers with system capabilities, implementation considerations, and quality reporting best practices • Assist with RFP and RFI responses • Maintain and improve proposal content libraries and response repositories • Coordinate cross-functional responses to ensure timely, accurate, high-quality submissions • Share market, customer, and competitive intelligence with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams • Contribute to sales enablement programs and best practices • Mentor newer team members • Improve pre-sales processes, tools, and efficiency • Own solution consulting for assigned sales opportunities end-to-end, including discovery, demonstrations, solution design, RFP responses, and sales enablement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, solutions consulting, solutions engineering, healthcare technology, or enterprise software • Demonstrated experience conducting executive-level and clinical software demonstrations • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex evaluations, ideally within hospital or ambulatory quality reporting • Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to work remotely and travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and internal team events • All candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment background check • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Sponsorship is not available • Preferred: Clinical background (e.g., RN) or direct experience with hospital quality reporting, core measures, eCQMs, CQMs, or chart abstraction • Preferred: Experience with EMR, EHR, healthcare IT, or clinical quality reporting software platforms • Preferred: Understanding of CMS quality reporting programs, The Joint Commission requirements, and other healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations • Preferred: Familiarity with AI-enabled patient engagement tools or AI applications for registries and chart-abstracted measures • Preferred: Experience working within a high-growth SaaS environment
