📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery and scoping conversations with pharmaceutical manufacturer partners • Own the technical relationship during the start of each engagement cycle • Discuss architecture, integration approaches, and feasibility • Turn open-ended partner requests into solution designs fitting the Gifthealth platform • Account for system dependencies, data flows, and technical constraints • Advise partners on feasibility, limitations, and trade-offs • Build and deliver demos, walkthroughs, and lightweight prototypes • Hand finalized solution designs to Product with context, rationale, and partner input • Identify platform opportunities from partner conversations and share insights with Product and commercial leadership • Use AI tools to create repeatable assets, templates, and standards • Partner with Engineering, Implementation, Client Success, and Commercial teams • Support realistic, deliverable solutions tied to partner retention and growth outcomes • Report to the Director of Product

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5 to 7 years in solutions consulting, solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales for a software or services offering • Significant direct client-facing experience leading technical discovery, scoping, and solution conversations • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data flows, and system architecture • Demonstrated quantifiable outcomes, such as deals supported, adoption, retention, or expansion • Strong understanding of software architecture and the tech stack • Ability to structure vague client conversations into a viable solution direction • Ability to own technical relationships with sophisticated external partners • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to use AI tools to accelerate solution design, build demos and prototypes, and create team standards • Collaborative problem-solving and diplomacy • Understanding of client retention and business growth • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturer hub services, patient support programs, specialty access programs, and digital or specialty pharmacy workflows • Ability to build lightweight prototypes or mockups • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods • Ability to lead client-facing discovery and scoping meetings • Full-time availability during standard business hours, with flexibility around partner meeting schedules
