📋 Description
• Provide clinical support to customers and salesforce on clinical products and services. • Call on potential and existing clinical customers to expand and retain business. • Partner with sales force on product conversions and implementations. • Complete basic discovery assessments and data analysis. • Identify problem areas and recommend changes and solutions. • Develop customer growth and retention service proposals.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) • At least 3 years of clinical experience (patient care, education, or medical sales/support) • Experience analyzing and reporting data • Experience prioritizing workload • Experience developing and delivering presentations • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Position requires travel (by air/auto) up to 75% of the time
