📋 Description

• Sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals, physicians and other approved customers within the assigned territory • Attain established quotas and sales objectives • Plan, strategize and execute face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses and purchase influencers • Demonstrate, provide in-service training on, and sell ENT capital and disposable products • Target hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers and doctors’ offices • Monitor and report competitive activity to management • Provide support and service to clinical personnel in a surgical environment • Attend meetings and courses inside and outside the assigned territory, potentially including weekends • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years OR Associate degree and 6+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy • Must reside within the assigned territory • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • Strong track record in ENT, Capital or Medical Device sales preferred • Working knowledge of ENT products, therapies and/or customers preferred • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
