• Provide day-to-day field clinical study support for Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies clinical programs • Provide technical, education and case support to achieve safe patient outcomes and company objectives • Conduct on-site education and consulting • Support field personnel in delivering customer service and outcomes • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute enrollment plans • Participate in conventions, forums and meetings to increase product awareness • Provide customer case and education support with Therapy Development Management • Identify and facilitate growth opportunities with the Clinical Support Team • Serve as a technical resource for medical products and solutions • Assist with Intrepid TMVR/TTVR device preparation and clinical procedure case support • Troubleshoot devices and systems and support device suitability and patient selection • Support imaging modalities including echocardiography, angiography and CT • Provide clinical-site feedback for engineering designs and product enhancements • Develop and maintain customer relationships and enrollment support with assigned sites • Establish relationships with principal investigators, research coordinators, OR/Cath Lab staff, nursing units and decision makers • Coordinate patient screening and enrollment communications and required materials • Coordinate product shipping and returns according to Medtronic policy • Develop and deliver physician training materials, simulations, presentations and case studies • Train physicians, hospital personnel and staff on Medtronic products • Provide resources for procedure certification and activation • Educate, mentor and train internal Medtronic employees
• High school diploma/degree and minimum 8 years of clinical support, or associate degree and minimum 6 years of clinical support, or bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of clinical support, or advanced degree and minimum 2 years of clinical support • Ability to travel approximately 75%, including international travel • 3+ years Structural Heart industry field experience preferred • Experience with echocardiographic imaging of the mitral and/or tricuspid valve preferred • Experience using CT segmentation and analysis software preferred • Experience with trans-septal procedures including TMVR or LAAC preferred • Clinical research experience, including coordinating multi-center trials, preferred • Experience presenting, writing and teaching clinical and medical information preferred • Experience with group presentations and interventional/surgical cardiac procedures preferred • Experience with Good Clinical Practice and/or regulatory compliance guidelines preferred • Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project or similar scheduling software, and project management tools • Ability to work in Cath Labs or Operating Rooms with radiation exposure • Ability to work outside typical Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule • Ability to lift 20 pounds • Ability to use computers and CT reconstruction programming • Ability to travel extensively by car and plane, with overnight stays up to 75% of the time • Ability to sit and stand for 8 hours per day • Ability to wear a lead apron for 2–3 hours on average • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy • Ability to operate a moving vehicle • For foreign baccalaureate degrees, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • U.S. work authorization requirements apply; Principal-level sponsorship may be available
