📋 Description

• Develop and deliver learning solutions for field-facing teams • Support education and training initiatives across Coronary, Renal Denervation, and CathWorks portfolios • Act as a training generalist for new hire onboarding and training • Support Therapy Leads and partner with meeting planners to manage agendas and logistics for in-person, supplemental, and advanced trainings • Identify quarterly development opportunities and develop and execute e-learning or in-person training sessions • Collaborate with Marketing, Market Development, Sales, MedReview, Engineering, Field Management & Education • Create education programs, curricula, course materials, and measurements compliant with regulatory, quality systems, and Business Conduct Standards • Revise lesson plans for new training requirements, product launches, and current information • Build and maintain therapy and clinical expertise across portfolios • Design and execute targeted education programs that increase knowledge and skills in procedures and therapies • Support document control by partnering with legal, regulatory, clinical, and R&D teams • Anticipate, identify, and resolve high-level project and program execution problems

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 11+ years of experience in training, sales/sales support, marketing or clinical experience -OR- Associate's Degree with 9+ years experience -OR- Bachelors Degree with 7+ years experience • Proficient using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Abode • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Travel up to 25% • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Strong collaboration and inclusion skills • Ability to develop and foster strong relationships • Passion and ability to develop and deliver impactful training • Experience using Teams, SharePoint, Allego, Salesforce • U.S. work authorization requirements apply; Principal-level roles may qualify for sponsorship
