📋 Description

• Integrate the HUGO™ RAS-system into hospitals • Meet robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics • Conduct regular program review meetings • Develop surgeon training plans and coordinate off-site training and proctored cases • Develop staff training plans and support staff through their learning curve • Attend cases during surgeon and staff learning sessions • Use change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and gain buy-in • Coach hospital staff to promote skill transfer and operational self-sufficiency • Cooperate with field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms • Track milestones and demonstrate value delivered for pilot sites • Travel throughout the country more than 75% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience • Ability to relocate to a major implementation site is required • Willingness to travel throughout your country (>75%) • Valid driver's license • Knowledge and experience of operating rooms and surgery procedures • Demonstrated project management skills • Experience in change management • Familiarity with hospital workflows and complex healthcare environments • Strong analytical and research skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment
