• Integrate HUGO™ RAS-system into hospitals • Support expansion or creation of robotic surgery programs and platform transitions • Meet robotic program stakeholders and develop goals and metrics • Conduct regular program review meetings • Develop surgeon training plans and coordinate off-site training and proctored cases • Develop staff training plans and support staff learning curves • Attend surgical cases during surgeon and staff learning sessions • Use change management to engage stakeholders and gain buy-in • Coach hospital staff toward skill transfer and operational self-sufficiency • Partner with field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms • Track milestones and demonstrate value delivered for pilot sites • Travel throughout the country more than 75% of the time
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience • Ability to relocate to a major implementation site is required • Willingness to travel throughout your country (>75%) • Valid driver's license • Preferred: 12-18+ months clinical selling experience in an operating room environment • Knowledge and experience of operating rooms and surgery procedures • Demonstrated ability to manage strategy through implementation and results delivery • Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements • Strong project management skills • Ability to integrate and coach customer teams • Experience in change management and process optimization • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and research skills • Familiarity with hospital workflows and complex healthcare environments • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Foreign baccalaureate degrees must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level
