• Integrate the HUGO™ RAS-system into hospitals • Support expansion, creation, or transition of robotic surgery programs • Meet with robotic program stakeholders and develop program goals and metrics • Conduct regular program review meetings • Develop surgeon training plans and coordinate off-site training and proctored cases • Develop staff training plans and support staff through their learning curve • Attend cases during surgeon and staff learning sessions • Use change management techniques to engage clinical stakeholders and gain buy-in • Coach hospital staff toward skill transfer and operational self-sufficiency • Coordinate with Medtronic field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms • Track milestones and demonstrate value delivered for pilot sites • Travel throughout the country more than 75%
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales or related experience OR Advanced Degree with 0 years of related experience • Knowledge and experience of operating rooms and surgery procedures • Ability to develop and implement strategies through delivery of results • Understanding of quality and regulatory requirements • Strong project management skills • Ability to integrate and coach customer teams • Experience in change management and process optimization • Analytical, interpersonal, and research skills • Familiarity with hospital workflows and complex healthcare environments • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Valid driver's license • Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned territory • Must be able to travel regularly to customer sites • Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment
