📋 Description

• Lead deployment and advancement of the Medtronic Performance System across assigned functions and business teams • Partner with functional and cross-functional leaders to identify improvement opportunities, establish performance objectives, and deliver measurable results • Drive end-to-end process transformation using Lean Six Sigma principles • Eliminate waste, improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance value stream performance • Build organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and training • Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement engagements, including select supplier and contract manufacturing initiatives • Develop and execute improvement roadmaps for sustainable gains in quality, service, cost, productivity, and employee engagement • Influence and inspire change across multiple functions and embed a culture of continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience • Relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, business operations, operational excellence, or a related field • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification • Demonstrated application of continuous improvement methodologies in complex business environments • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
