📋 Description

• Provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular portfolio • Support sales representatives during critical cases and provide technical guidance on safe and effective product use • Partner with physicians and care teams across peripheral arterial, venous, embolization, carotid, and fistula therapies • Educate customers through one-on-one training, in-service programs, case support, and conference participation • Collaborate with sales representatives, managers, and cross-functional partners on district business plans and strategic objectives • Provide responsive procedural and technical support for urgent customer needs and complex cases • Build relationships with physicians, administrators, clinicians, and key decision-makers • Identify customer needs, address objections, and communicate market feedback and product insights • Manage inventory performance through audits, discrepancy resolution, consignment support, and product availability optimization • Coordinate product launches, inventory transitions, and field initiatives • Support inventory management, purchase order collection, training initiatives, and related business processes • Work in clinical environments while using computers and mobile devices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma plus a minimum 14 years of work experience, or Associate’s Degree plus a minimum 12 years, or Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum 10 years • Work experience in healthcare, field sales, or utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing • Reside within the assigned Salt Lake City/Boise territory • Ability to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 50% of the time • Valid driver’s license, active insurance, and driving record meeting company standards • Ability to work and/or travel outside standard business hours, including limited evening and weekend coverage • Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry preferred • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating programs preferred • Ability to coordinate numerous tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines preferred • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently with two hands • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 8+ hours per day and regularly bend, stoop, squat, and maintain balance • Ability to work in clinical environments with eye protection, infectious disease, radiation, and 7–9 lbs. of lead • Required vision capabilities for patient care and field-based responsibilities • Roles below Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment
