• Provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular portfolio • Partner with physicians and care teams to improve patient outcomes across peripheral arterial, venous, embolization, carotid, and fistula therapies • Support sales representatives with coverage for critical cases requiring technical support • Educate customers through one-on-one training, in-service programs, case support, and conference participation • Collaborate with sales representatives, managers, and cross-functional partners to execute district business plans and support revenue growth • Provide responsive technical and procedural support for urgent customer needs and complex cases • Build relationships with physicians, administrators, clinicians, and key decision-makers • Identify customer needs, address objections, and communicate market feedback and product insights • Manage inventory performance through audits, discrepancy resolution, consignment support, and product availability optimization • Coordinate product launches, inventory transitions, and field initiatives • Support inventory management, purchase order collection, training initiatives, and other operational processes • Perform other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma plus a minimum 8 years of work experience, or associate's degree plus a minimum 6 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum 4 years • Work experience in healthcare, field sales, or utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing • Candidates must reside within the assigned Charlottesville/Roanoke territory • Ability to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 50% of the time • Valid driver's license, active insurance, and a driving record that meets company standards • Ability to work and/or travel outside standard business hours, including limited evening and weekend coverage • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently with two hands • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for 8+ hours per day • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and maintain balance regularly • Ability to work in clinical environments with eye protection, infectious disease, and radiation exposure • Ability to wear 7–9 lbs. of lead for extended periods • Ability to use computers and mobile devices • Vision capabilities necessary to support patient care and field-based responsibilities • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment
