• Plan, develop, coordinate, and execute healthcare professional education programs supporting Pelvic Health therapies and technologies • Support educational pathways from therapy awareness and procedural understanding through hands-on competency, adoption, continued proficiency, and advocacy • Develop and execute hands-on labs, regional training programs, peer-to-peer education, workshops, demonstrations, virtual education, and hybrid learning experiences • Partner with Medical Education, Physician Relations, Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, and other cross-functional stakeholders • Develop course content, agendas, materials, procedural resources, and educational tools • Evaluate and update educational content for evolving technologies, clinical practices, product launches, procedural techniques, and learner needs • Develop and maintain relationships with key faculty, peer educators, proctors, and clinical experts • Analyze participation, learner feedback, educational outcomes, and other metrics to improve program effectiveness • Identify and pilot innovative educational approaches and technologies • Partner with Commercial teams to identify market educational needs while maintaining separation between commercial activities and HCP education • Work with Legal, Compliance, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to ensure program compliance and documentation • Manage assigned program budgets and resources • Travel up to 40% may be required
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment; sponsorship is not offered for roles below Principal level • Experience developing, coordinating, and/or delivering technical, procedural, or clinical education programs for healthcare professionals • Experience working within medical device, healthcare, or clinical environments • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Ability to build effective relationships with physicians, faculty, and internal stakeholders • Experience within Pelvic Health, Urology, Urogynecology, Colorectal, Women’s Health, Neuromodulation, or another procedure-based medical device specialty • Experience supporting physician procedural training and hands-on medical education • Experience working with professional medical societies, academic institutions, or teaching hospitals • Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements related to HCP education and physician engagement • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
