📋 Description

• Develop and deliver structured training across Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payment Posting/Cash Reconciliation, and other RCM functions • Lead onboarding and training for new team members • Develop ongoing education and refresher training • Create training for new systems, enhancements, automation, and RCM workflow changes • Conduct live demonstrations, workflow walkthroughs, and hands-on system training • Assess training effectiveness and address knowledge gaps • Develop and maintain RCM Standard Operating Procedures • Document standardized workflows, procedures, business rules, escalation paths, and system requirements • Create workflow diagrams, process maps, checklists, job aids, and supporting documentation • Maintain a centralized library of SOPs, workflows, training materials, and job aids • Review and update documentation as systems and operational requirements change • Build working knowledge of RCM systems and serve as a subject matter resource • Participate in system implementations, enhancements, and operational changes • Test and validate workflows before developing training and documentation • Translate system functionality into practical workflows and step-by-step procedures • Evaluate workflows for inefficiencies, inconsistencies, manual steps, and automation opportunities • Partner with RCM leaders and subject matter experts to develop improved future-state workflows • Support process improvements through documentation, training, and post-implementation follow-up • Monitor new workflows and gather feedback for further optimization • Produce SOPs, end-to-end workflow documentation, process maps, system and new-hire training materials, job aids, knowledge checks, and current-/future-state process documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management operations and healthcare billing workflows • Experience working within one or more RCM functions such as Billing, Accounts Receivable, Payment Posting, Cash Reconciliation, Claims Management, or related revenue cycle operations • Ability to quickly learn new systems, technology, and operational processes • Strong ability to understand end-to-end workflows and identify dependencies between teams, systems, and processes • Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, training materials, or operational workflows • Strong written communication skills for turning complex processes into clear, easy-to-follow instructions • Experience training individuals or groups in systems, processes, or operational procedures • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with operational team members and leadership to gather information and validate processes • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation standards • Ability to manage multiple documentation, training, and process-improvement initiatives simultaneously • Preferred: experience supporting RCM system implementations, migrations, or technology changes • Preferred: experience with workflow mapping and process improvement • Preferred: experience developing structured training programs or learning materials • Preferred: familiarity with RCM automation and technology-enabled workflows • Preferred: experience across multiple RCM departments • Experience supporting distributed or offshore RCM teams is a plus • Candidates must reside in one of the listed states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia
