📋 Description

• find business opportunities and manage customer relationships • spend 75% of time on new business development and 25% on existing client management • manage the entire sales cycle, from customer contact through onboarding • frequent contact with clients to understand their needs • respond to issues to ensure customer satisfaction • weekly and monthly reporting for deals and client relationships • negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

• experience in recruiting, HR Tech, or agency marketing sales/account management • talent in sales • experience in customer service
