• Lead the strategic and aesthetic vision for complex corporate event projects • Architect client event journeys, bridging brand strategy and physical experience • Estimate hours and costs at a high level • Use AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite to create photorealistic concept art and guest-journey visualizations during pitch phases • Use LLMs to refine event themes, scripts, and messaging frameworks • Ensure physical and digital touchpoints reflect client brands • Propose sustainable, circular design solutions that minimize environmental impact • Conceptualize interactions between physical spaces and digital layers such as AR, spatial computing, and interactive LED • Identify, brief, and direct specialized external talent including 3D renderers, motion designers, and AI artists • Own work from concept through final onsite walkthrough • Learn internal Creative Services processes and proprietary tools such as Backstage • Lead creative on complex client projects from pitch through concept delivery • Curate a freelance bench of specialized creative talent • Set standards for vision-led presentations and influence how the agency prices, pitches, and delivers experiential work
• 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or high-end experience-driven agency environments • Portfolio of live or hybrid experiences conceived and delivered, including general session stages and conference themes • Proven ability to own a project from first brainstorm to final delivery without relying on a team underneath you • Hands-on use of AI tools for visual ideation, moodboarding, and narrative development • Evidence of scale through Fortune 500 brand work, $1M+ productions, or 500+ attendee experiences • Fluency in AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, and Claude • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite • Understanding of event websites, foyers, breakouts, main stages, LED panels, lighting, and sound • Knowledge of typography, spatial flow, and color theory
