📋 Description

• Provide general legal advice supporting the Group’s daily business activities • Review and negotiate sales, supplier, master, technology, and commercial agreements • Provide training and support to the global sales team • Assist with resolving disputes • Support legal operations initiatives and develop efficiency solutions between teams • Support special projects directed by the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Legal Counsel • Review advertising and promotional materials, websites, online publications, service information, and campaign materials • Review legislation and regulatory changes and communicate potential business impact • Advise on regulatory and compliance issues • Draft policies and other documentation • Act as an ambassador for the legal team across the business • Report to the Senior Legal Counsel and collaborate with the broader legal team

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in contract review and negotiation of technology agreements and business-related legal assistance • Prior in-house experience/exposure to the technology industry preferred but not essential • English language fluency • Active bar license in the jurisdiction you’re located in • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Strong bias for practical and commercial advice • Plain English drafting is essential • Privacy, information security, and regulatory experience/exposure highly regarded • Employment law experience or exposure good to have but not necessary • Ability to work with stakeholders across multiple global teams independently and autonomously • High level of integrity and professional accountability • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver practical and commercial advice while managing risk • Ability to build relationships and trust with diverse individuals • Collaborative team-player attitude • Ability to manage competing priorities across matters, jurisdictions, and time zones
