📋 Description
• Manage standard customer and vendor agreements and keep forms current • Review incoming contracts and provide initial comments and business guidance • Partner with Business Development and Growth teams on new product and business ideas • Design and maintain forms, templates, and playbooks • Negotiate contracts with increasing independence over time • Collaborate with IP and Data Privacy Counsel and Labor Counsel on relevant contract terms • Support other corporate and commercial legal questions
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience as a lawyer focused on commercial contracts, at a law firm or in-house • Strong drafting skills and a good eye for risk • Experience with technology, SaaS, data, or services agreements • Practical, business-minded approach with clear answers and ability to help teams reach agreements • Comfortable owning a high volume of work and prioritizing independently • Interested in building forms and processes • Genuine curiosity about AI and the companies building it
