📋 Description

• Build Mento’s growth experimentation engine • Test and validate new growth channels • Improve value from validated events and channels • Turn product marketing into pipeline • Own modern growth operations • Improve funnel conversion

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, revenue marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role • Experience building structured experiments across channels, audiences, messages, offers, and conversion paths • Strong messaging instincts and creative taste • Proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo • Experience using AI tools for campaign ideation and performance analysis • Analytical skills for building dashboards and diagnosing conversion issues
