📋 Description

• Support assigned sales and service projects from quotation through execution • Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget • Coordinate project schedules, equipment deliveries, installation activities, closeout documentation, and warranty obligations • Direct and oversee on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and service providers during installation and commissioning • Monitor project progress for compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards • Serve as liaison between customers, contractors, vendors, and internal MEPPI divisions • Provide regular project status updates to customers, management, and stakeholders • Coordinate customer documentation submittals • Assist with project scheduling, implementation, testing, commissioning, and final acceptance • Assist with preparing customer and subcontractor quotations • Help develop subcontractor scopes of work for installation and service activities • Review project-related payment requests and support contract administration • Prepare project activity reports and participate in project meetings • Coordinate project closeout and ensure service and warranty commitments are completed • Build positive working relationships while supporting quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another related technical field required • Zero (0) to two (2) years of relevant project management, engineering, construction, or technical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Basic knowledge of one or more of: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, battery systems, IT cooling equipment, transmission and distribution substation equipment, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or solar inverter systems • Basic understanding of project management, construction, and commissioning concepts • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project • Ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
