📋 Description

• Perform start-up services, preventative and remedial maintenance, field modifications, and testing of IT Cooling and electro-mechanical equipment at customer locations. • Identify issues in refrigeration and electro-mechanical systems using schematics, mechanical drawings, and testing tools. • Execute refrigerant-related tasks, including leak detection, reclamation, evacuation, and charging of R410A systems. • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical and control systems to restore functionality and performance. • Provide technical support to internal teams, third-party service partners, and end users. • Test returned equipment and components to assess defects and determine operational readiness. • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide emergency field support when needed. • Maintain detailed documentation of all service visits, repairs, and installations. • Offer field assistance for power equipment installations and related technical activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in HVAC, Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field with 2-5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC or refrigeration systems or equivalent education and experience. • EPA Section 608 certification required. • Advanced proficiency in using mechanical and electronic test equipment; ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documents. • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions. • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, timekeeping, and expense reporting systems. • Valid Driver's License: Required for travel to customer sites and use of rental vehicles.
