📋 Description

• Direct and supervise on-site construction and subcontractors for installation and service activities • Manage sales and maintenance service projects to ensure on-time completion within established budgets • Coordinate event support and maintenance service obligations • Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, architects and consultants on project requirements • Oversee system documentation, including as-built documents and operation manuals • Ensure project scope and subcontractor work conform to applicable contracts • Prepare and review subcontractor and customer price quotations • Write subcontractor scopes of work • Coordinate procurement, delivery, installation and servicing of video equipment systems • Assist with testing and quality control of video display systems • Coordinate project scheduling, closeout and warranty/service obligations • Manage safety and insurance issues • Prepare project activity and status reports and hold project meetings • Review project payment requests • Keep management, customers and stakeholders informed of project status and issues • Support the goals and professional image of the DVD Division • Know and discuss MEPPI’s Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies and their impact on work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field with a minimum 2 years of experience working on construction projects, or equivalent education and experience • Advanced knowledge of project management and/or commercial construction concepts • Intermediate knowledge of electrical systems, power control and video systems • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and material • Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office applications including Project
