📋 Description

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in chemistry and chemical safety, labelled as benign, dual-use, or adversarial • Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard and judge whether each response was handled correctly • Write reference answers explaining what a correct response looks like and the technical reasoning behind it • Create prompts that test the boundary between legitimate professional questions and dangerous misuse • Provide written rationales that non-specialists can follow • Read and write about misuse scenarios in the field for sustained periods

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience assessing real exposures and real process hazards and signing off on controls • Certified industrial hygienist experience, including exposure assessment, sampling strategy, and control banding • Process hazard analysis experience, including HAZOP, LOPA, what-if studies, and management of change • Toxic release and dispersion modelling experience, including consequence analysis and AEGL/ERPG criteria • Experience designing ventilation, containment, and PPE programmes for chemical hazards • Regulatory compliance knowledge, including PSM, Seveso, COMAH, OSHA, or national equivalents • Ability to distinguish routine professional questions from potentially malicious requests • Strong technical writing ability; every judgment must include a rationale understandable to non-specialists • Prior technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience is a strong signal • Must not use classified, export-controlled, NDA-covered, or prepublication-review information in the work • Must disclose any such obligations so the work can be scoped accordingly
