📋 Description

• Review published legal-benchmark tasks in the corporate M&A practice area • Adjudicate public commentary raised against task prompts and grading rubrics • Complete structural QC across prompts, rubrics, and attached source documents • Review data-room red flags, diligence memos, disclosure schedules, and SPA-related tasks • Collaborate on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Corporate M&A legal expertise • Experience reviewing legal-benchmark tasks in corporate M&A • Ability to adjudicate public commentary against task prompts and grading rubrics • Ability to perform structural quality control across prompts, rubrics, and attached source documents • Experience with data-room red flag reviews, diligence memos, disclosure schedules, and SPA-related tasks • Ability to review tasks containing 10–100 source documents • Independent contractor status • Must not require H-1B or STEM OPT support
