📋 Description

• Review published legal-benchmark tasks in the real estate practice area • Adjudicate public commentary raised against task prompts and grading rubrics • Complete structural QC across prompts, rubrics, and attached source documents • Review source materials including purchase and sale agreements, lease schedules, title and survey documents, and closing deliverables • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Real estate legal expertise • Experience reviewing purchase and sale agreements, lease schedules, title and survey review, and closing deliverables • Ability to review and adjudicate public commentary on legal-benchmark task prompts and grading rubrics • Ability to perform structural quality control across prompts, rubrics, and attached source documents • Ability to work as an independent contractor • Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate
