📋 Description

• Author domain-authentic materials-science, electrical-engineering, or mechanical-engineering tasks based on prior work • Build data rooms and grading criteria for objectively scorable tasks • Run tasks against AI models, analyze successes and failures, and iterate until tasks discriminate effectively • Collaborate with project leads and other domain experts to define quality standards • Participate in onboarding sessions and office hours

🎯 Requirements

• Senior expertise in materials science (metals, ceramics, composites, characterization, additive manufacturing), electrical engineering (analog, RF, power), or mechanical engineering (design, CFD and fluids, heat transfer, pressure vessels, NDE, CAE) • Comfortable navigating ambiguity • Able to explain why a wrong answer is wrong • Independent contractor engagement • Must not be an H1-B or STEM OPT candidate • Work must not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
