📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, compliance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy • Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility • Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, records management, and program planning • Provide expert feedback to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems • Work on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or another closely related healthcare management role • Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services across hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, public health agencies, or similar settings • Ability to commit 20+ hours per week • Strong written English communication skills • Must be located in the USA • Independent contractor engagement • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
