📋 Description

• Support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution under attorney supervision • Apply expert knowledge of the bodily injury claims process • Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases • Meet or exceed settlement and treatment goals while following case lifecycle timelines • Manage insurance communications, medical treatment coordination, and claim activities • Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys • Maintain accurate, complete, and current case documentation and activity records in Litify • Assist with case-related activities and legal support functions • Communicate with clients in English and Spanish as needed • Monitor claim status and proactively follow up on outstanding items • Ensure compliance with firm procedures, documentation standards, and case management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management • Experience handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims • Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm • Fluent in English and Spanish • Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills • Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment • Prior experience using Litify or Salesforce preferred • Contractors must supply their own equipment and workspace • Computer requirements: Windows 11 with Intel i5 8th generation or newer or equivalent, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD; or macOS 14 Sonoma or newer with Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD • Dedicated, non-shared device • Internet minimum of 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload, latency under 100 ms • Private password-protected network; public Wi-Fi is not permitted • USB noise-cancelling headset with microphone • Webcam capable of clear video • Full-disk encryption enabled via BitLocker or FileVault • Automatic operating-system and browser security updates enabled • Screen lock after no more than 10 minutes idle • Active endpoint protection software • Applicant data stored only in firm-designated systems, never personal cloud storage or local drives
