📋 Description

• Compare AI-generated songs head-to-head on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality • Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics • Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy • Evaluate generative music AI models in partnership with a leading AI lab • Work in Russian and English on projects focused on training and enhancing AI systems • Complete the Bilingual Competency Interview in Russian and application onboarding steps

🎯 Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Russian • Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English • 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer • Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening • Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition (nice to have) • Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work (nice to have) • Broad familiarity with contemporary Russian genres, sub-genres, and artists (nice to have) • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • Mercor is unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates
